California Prelicensure Requirements

Please check the Board websites, as requirements do change for mandated continuing education courses.

The Therapist's Responsibility

Please remember it is the individual therapist's responsibility to check if the courses they want to take will count toward the continuing education requirement, and to maintain records of these courses for license renewal and in the event of an audit. While we strive to keep current, boards do change their requirements. Please check with your board frequently!
