Please call us at 888-777-3773 or e-mail us at info@psycheu.com to obtain authorization for your return, as it helps us to improve if we know the reasons that the course not meet your needs. Upon receipt of any shipped materials (if you ordered any texts or DVDs from us) we then issue a credit to your account. If you ordered online materials only, we will credit you the same day. We can only offer credit within sixty days of a purchase, according to our credit card authorizer. After sixty days, we will offer you a credit toward another course.

While it is your responsibility to check with your state licensing board to ascertain if a course meets its standards, we understand that these standards do sometimes change in the time interval between purchasing and completing a course. If for any reason your state does not accept the course(s), www.psychceu.com will refund your payment upon receiving your written notice and a copy of the state board rejection letter for the CE credits you received from www.psychceu.com.

If a grievance concerns a course offering, its content, level of presentation, or the post-test, the president or administrator will offer a full refund, as all of www.psychceu.com’s courses are 100% guaranteed. If you purchase a course and don’t like it, prior to the receipt of the certificate or letter of completion, you may return the materials in their original condition. www.psychceu.com will then refund the purchase price, less postage and handling.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

www.psychceu.com is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists. www.psychceu.com will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of the Program Committee in consultation with our Psychologist consultants and the President of www.psychceu.com
While www.psychceu.com goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the staff which require intervention and/or action on the part of the staff or an officer of www.psychceu.com. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances.
When a participant, either orally or in written format, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken:

1. If the grievance concerns an author, the content presented by the author, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format, or to call or e-mail the president. The president will then pass on the comments to the author, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual.
2. If the grievance concerns a course offering, its content, level of presentation, or the post-test, the president or administrator will offer a full refund, as all of www.psychceu.com’s courses are 100% guaranteed. If the student purchases a course and doesn’t like it, prior to the receipt of the certificate or letter of completion, he or she may return the materials in their original condition.

If the grievance concerns a speaker, the content presented by the speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. The CE Chair will then pass on the comments to the speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual.
6. If the grievance concerns a workshop offering, its content, level of presentation, or the facilities in which the workshop was offered, the convention chair will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, the convention chair will:
a. attempt to move the participant to another workshop or
b. provide a credit for a subsequent year's workshop or
c. provide a partial or full refund of the workshop fee.
Actions 6b and 6c will require a written note, documenting the grievance, for record keeping purposes. The note need not be signed by the grieved individual.

Confidentiality
As you navigate our site, you will see that all confidential information is accessible only to clinicians who have enrolled in a course, and have received a password. The PsychCEU Forum is also password protected, and will be monitored for confidentiality.

E-mail list
Our e-mail list is created from people who have e-mailed us, asking to be included, and students who have taken our courses. We do not take e-mail addresses from those who are just visiting our site. If you are on the e-mail list, and do not wan tot receive e-mails from us, then please send us an e-mail to that effect.

We will never sell or trade our e-mail list.

We do adhere to the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists. Our courses are carefully screened by the Planning Committee to adhere to APA standards. We also require authors who compose Internet courses specifically for us follow APA ethical standards.
